Responsibilities Greet and assist patients as they arrive at the clinic, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Manage phone calls, schedule appointments, and handle inquiries with professionalism. Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain patient records and office documentation. Organize and maintain office files and ensure efficient office operations. Provide support with clerical tasks such as proofreading documents and managing correspondence. Utilize phone systems effectively to communicate with patients and staff. Requirements Proven experience in customer service or front desk roles, preferably in a healthcare setting. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing office tasks. Familiarity with office management practices and procedures is a plus. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills for effective patient interaction. Ability to perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
