Job Overview We are looking for a bilingual Front Desk Receptionist (Spanish & English required) to welcome guests, handle check-ins and check-outs, and assist with guest inquiries. The ideal candidate is friendly, professional, and detail-oriented, with strong customer service skills. Responsibilities Greet and check in guests, ensuring a smooth arrival experience. Handle check-outs and process payments efficiently. Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, and in person. Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs. Manage reservations and update booking systems as needed. Handle basic administrative tasks and maintain front desk organization. Assist in resolving guest complaints with professionalism and efficiency. Ensure security protocols are followed for guest safety. Qualifications Bilingual (Spanish & English) – Required . Experience in hospitality, front desk, or customer service preferred . Familiarity with hotel reservation systems (PMS) is a plus. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
