Front Desk Receptionist (Bilingual-Spanish/English) Vargas, Piedra & Co Miami, FL 33156 Overview We are looking for a highly motivated Full-time (Monday- Friday) 9 am – 5pm, employee who will oversee handling receptionist duties at an Accounting Firm. As the first point of contact for our office, the Front Desk plays a key role in setting the tone for client interactions and keeping our day-to-day operations running smoothly. Duties Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional manner. Manage incoming calls, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate personnel. Schedule appointments and maintain an organized calendar. Ensure the front desk area is tidy and presentable at all times. Skills Bilingual (Spanish/English preferred) Strong interpersonal skills — comfortable communicating with people at all levels Professional demeanor with a friendly and welcoming attitude Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask Basic computer skills and a willingness to learn
