Summary We’re looking for a dependable and warm front desk receptionist to be the face of our luxury plumbing showroom. Full-time Key Responsibilities:

Open the showroom daily and ensure it’s presentation-ready Greet clients warmly upon arrival and offer them coffee or water Direct clients to the appropriate sales associate Answer and route incoming calls Maintain a tidy and organized front desk and common areas Ensure showroom essentials are stocked (coffee cups, snacks, supplies, etc.) Run occasional local errands Prepare and assemble spec packages for clients Support team with various administrative and showroom-related tasks

Ideal Candidate:

Professional, personable, and detail-oriented Strong organizational and multitasking skills Comfortable on the phone and in-person with clients Proactive and takes initiative without needing to be micromanaged Fluent in English and Spanish Interest in interior design, architecture, or the luxury market is a plus If you’re someone who enjoys keeping things polished and flowing seamlessly, we’d love to hear from you.
