Your leadership will guide the front of house staff in delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining organizational standards. Responsibilities Oversee daily front of house operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting clients warmly and addressing their needs promptly. Manage scheduling and calendar appointments for team members and clients. Maintain accurate records and files, including proofreading documents for clarity and accuracy. Train, mentor, and support front of house staff in best practices and company policies. Handle phone inquiries with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Utilize computerized systems for scheduling, client management, and reporting. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery. Experience Previous experience as a medical receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role is preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Proficiency in computer literacy, including familiarity with scheduling software and office applications.
