Job Description
This position is responsible for answering the phone in a professional manner and transferring calls effectively. Additionally, they will assist customers who visit the office and assist officers in providing customer service.
Duties and responsibilities include:
Answer the phone and transfer calls in a professional, accurate and timely manner. Screen and direct calls, taking messages if necessary Welcome customers who visit the office and direct them to its respective officer Assist customers with questions regarding new accounts opening requirements, check cards activation, online banking registration, credit card application or any other questions they may have related to the bank products and services Assist executives and manager in providing customer service and in the administration of customer accounts Receive correspondence and distribute it accordingly Log and distribute parking stickers to visiting customers Acknowledge receipt of incoming packages delivered by couriers. Maintain courier log Order supplies and maintain record of orders including coffee supplies requisitions. Reserve conference rooms. Supply refreshment for meetings, as requested. Prepare expense reports. Assist in the coordination of travel agendas, travel reservations, schedule meetings with customers.
Provide general administrative support:
filing, sending faxes, making copies, typing and making phone calls for the officers and manager. Minimum Education and/or

High School Diploma Minimum Work Experience Requirements:
1+ years of experience as a Receptionist, Switchboard Operator, or Customer Service in a Financial Institution. Excellent communication skills required. Must be bilingual English/Spanish Technical and/or
Other Essential Knowledge:
Proficiency using Microsoft Office 365 products including MS Word, MS Visio, MS Excel, MS Teams, and MS PowerPoint 1:00 PM to 5:30 PM
