This role is crucial in ensuring a welcoming environment while managing various administrative tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Work Hours:

Initial shift: 12 PM to 9 PM (subject to change depending on clinic needs)

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist clients with professionalism and confidence Manage appointments , confirmations, and follow-ups via system, WhatsApp, or text messages Answer phone calls and respond to client inquiries Ensure smooth and friendly client communication Support daily administrative routines Keep the reception area organized and aligned with our high standards .

Requirements:

Male Fluent in English and Spanish Quick thinker, emotionally intelligent, confident, and well-organized Strong communication skills and customer service mindset Previous experience in customer-facing roles Experience in aesthetics, dermatology clinics, or similar environments is a plus

Preferred Skills:
