Job Description

Description We are in search of a Receptionist to be part of our team located in Doral, Florida, United States. The individual will play a key role in managing various office tasks, including processing communication channels, organizing appointments, and performing data entry tasks.

Responsibilities:
  • Accurately handle data entry tasks
  • Manage multiple tasks with precision and efficiency
  • Conduct general office tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning
  • Answer and manage incoming calls and emails with professionalism
  • Organize and schedule inspections as necessary
  • Take on errands as required
  • Monitor and update customer records accurately
  • Perform assigned tasks promptly and accurately
  • Utilize QuickBasic and Basic Office Skills to optimize work processes
  • Operate with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality work.

  • Proficiency in QuickBasic is required.
  • Must possess basic office skills including knowledge of office equipment and procedures.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks in a high-volume environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain a detail-oriented and positive attitude.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Must be detail-oriented and have the ability to multi-task.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in a related role is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings and weekends.
