What You’ll Be Doing:
    Client Hospitality:

    Greet all visitors with warmth and professionalism, creating a lasting first impression.

      Phone Etiquette:

      Manage incoming calls with efficiency, directing inquiries and messages to the appropriate team members.

        Scheduling:

        Coordinate client appointments and maintain an organized calendar for conference room usage.

          Administrative Support:

          Handle sensitive documentation, organize client files, scan and copy documents, and manage mail distribution.

            Office Coordination:

            Maintain inventory of office and kitchen supplies, ensuring all areas are clean, organized, and fully stocked.

              Team Collaboration:

              Support accounting staff with day-to-day administrative tasks and logistics.

                Event Assistance:

                Help coordinate internal events, meetings, and client seminars.

                  Confidentiality:

                  Maintain strict discretion and uphold privacy protocols at all times.

                  What We’re Looking For:
                    Experience:

                    3-5 years in a similar receptionist or front office role, preferably within a CPA or legal environment.

                      Language Skills:

                      Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish are required.

                        Tech-Savvy:
