What You’ll Be Doing:
Client Hospitality:
Greet all visitors with warmth and professionalism, creating a lasting first impression.
Phone Etiquette:
Manage incoming calls with efficiency, directing inquiries and messages to the appropriate team members.
Scheduling:
Coordinate client appointments and maintain an organized calendar for conference room usage.
Administrative Support:
Handle sensitive documentation, organize client files, scan and copy documents, and manage mail distribution.
Office Coordination:
Maintain inventory of office and kitchen supplies, ensuring all areas are clean, organized, and fully stocked.
Team Collaboration:

What We’re Looking For:
Experience:
