Receptionist:

The Receptionist will greet and welcome all visitors in a courteous and professional manner, ensuring a high level of customer service at all times. The Receptionist will manage a multi-line phone system, answering incoming calls, directing them appropriately, and taking accurate messages when needed. The Receptionist will maintain the reception area to ensure it remains clean, organized, and presentable at all times. The Receptionist will handle all incoming and outgoing mail and packages, ensuring timely distribution and accurate recordkeeping. The Receptionist will coordinate meeting room bookings and assist with scheduling and calendar management when necessary. The Receptionist will perform general administrative duties such as data entry, document preparation, filing, and maintaining office supplies. Receptionist Role:

A high school diploma or equivalent is required for the Receptionist position; additional administrative or customer service certifications are a plus.
