This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can juggle multiple responsibilities with ease.
This is a short-term contract / temporary position based in Miami.

WWhat You’ll Do:

Greet and assist visitors with professionalism and warmth
Manage all incoming phone calls on a multi-line system
Distribute incoming mail and handle outgoing correspondence
Support general office filing and organizational tasks
Maintain office and kitchen supply inventory and place orders as needed
Provide overflow support to administrative staff (e.g., data entry, research, word processing)
Deliver exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone
Prioritize tasks and manage a variety of administrative duties efficiently
Requirements Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
1+ year of experience handling multi-line phone systems
Strong customer service and administrative skills
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
High attention to detail and organizational skills
Tech-savvy and resourceful with a proactive mindset
Upbeat, professional, and solution-oriented attitude
