Job Summary:

Eco Enterprise, LLC is seeking a receptionist to operate multi-line telephone system to answer incoming calls and directs callers to appropriate personnel, and greets customers and vendors.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

None.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Retrieves messages from voice mail and forwards to appropriate personnel Answers incoming telephone calls, determines purpose of callers and forwards calls to appropriate personnel. Takes and delivers messages or transfers calls to voice mail when appropriate personnel are unavailable. Answers questions about organization and provides callers with address, directions, and other information. Welcomes on-site visitors, determines nature of business, and announces visitors to appropriate personnel. Monitors visitor access and issues passes when required. Creates and prints memos, correspondence, reports and other documents when necessary. Performs other clerical functions as needed, such as filing, photocopying, collating, and mailroom duties.

Required Skills/Abilities:

Fluent in English and Spanish (required) 1+ years of HR Experience in a manufacturing environment Patient, empathetic, and capable of training individuals unfamiliar with tech. Able to receive and act on blunt, unfiltered feedback from leadership Comfortable working independently in a high-stress, fast-paced environment Available to work 50+ hours/week, including mandatory overtime and on-call support. Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance practices. Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint, Teams) Proficient in Adobe (PDF editing, forms, templates, etc.) Familiarity with HRIS systems; Paylocity experience is a plus. Experience in full-cycle recruiting is strongly preferred. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Education and Experience:
