About Us:

We’re launching a brand-new hot yoga studio — and we’re still finalizing the perfect name! Our mission is to create a warm (literally and spiritually), welcoming environment where people can sweat, connect, and grow. We’re looking for a multilingual Front Desk Receptionist who can speak English, Spanish, and Portuguese , and who will bring positive energy, organization, and exceptional customer service to our space.

Responsibilities:

Greet clients and make everyone feel welcome Manage class check-ins, new client registrations, and waitlists Respond to phone, email, and in-person inquiries Maintain a clean, organized front desk and reception area Support studio operations and instructors with basic admin tasks Promote memberships, packages, and studio events Represent the calm, positive vibe of our hot yoga community

Requirements:

Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese Strong interpersonal and communication skills Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Comfortable with basic tech (scheduling systems, POS software) Previous experience in hospitality, wellness, or front desk work is a plus Interest in yoga, wellness, and community-focused spaces preferred Must be comfortable working in a warm/hot environment Why Join Us?
