Our client, a Private Equity Firm, is looking to hire a Receptionist in Palm Beach, FL.

Responsibilities - Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and candidates in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as necessary.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and preparing shipments.
- Maintain and organize the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.
- Prepare conference rooms for meetings, including setup and cleanup.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, printing, and binding documents.
- Manage office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Maintain electronic and paper filing systems.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to various departments.
