The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Duties Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Manage incoming calls using phone systems, directing them to the appropriate personnel. Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all information is up-to-date. Maintain calendar management for appointments and meetings, coordinating schedules as needed. Provide clerical support including filing, organizing documents, and proofreading materials. Utilize Google Workspace for document creation, email communication, and collaboration with team members. Assist with medical receptionist duties as required, including patient check-in and managing medical records. Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and resolve issues promptly to ensure client satisfaction. Skills Bilingual proficiency is a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clients. Strong data entry skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail. Proficient in Google Workspace applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar). Familiarity with phone systems and effective communication techniques. Experience as a medical receptionist is desirable but not mandatory. Excellent calendar management abilities to coordinate multiple schedules efficiently. Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Ability to operate computerized systems for various administrative tasks. Strong proofreading skills to ensure accuracy in all written communications. Solid clerical skills for maintaining organized records and files.
