Role:

We are currently seeking a professional and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team in Miami. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable supporting a small fast-paced office environment. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English and Spanish, with experience managing calendars, scheduling travel, and providing administrative support. Flexibility to work after 5:30 PM when needed is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet visitors and manage incoming calls with professionalism and a positive attitude Manage and coordinate calendars, appointments, and meetings Assist with booking travel arrangements (flights, hotels, transportation) Assist in logistics for company events Provide general administrative support to team members and leadership Receive and distribute mail and packages Order office supplies Handle occasional tasks or coverage after regular business hours (after 5:30 PM) as needed

Requirements:
