Your core skills in communication, cash handling, and retail sales will be essential in managing inquiries and transactions efficiently. With premium skills in phone etiquette and bilingual communication in English and Spanish, you will enhance our service delivery. Your relevant experience in a medical spa environment will further support our team’s efforts in maintaining a smooth and organized front office operation. Join us to make a positive impact on our clients’ experiences. Details Attendant and front desk assistance with good phone skills. Booking appointments. Assisting guests. Handling cash. Must be bi-lingual (English/Spanish). Must be willing to assist with: Housekeeping duties, as required. Assist with social media.

Concierge duties such as:

Answer phones and book appointments in scheduling software. Greet guests and offer beverages, etc… Making aromatherapy towels, coffee and tea. Giving tours for new guests. Assisting with client intake, processing forms and taking pictures. Other duties as assigned (to be discussed during the job interview).

Schedule:

Saturdays from 9:00 a.m.

  • 5:00 p.m. Sundays from 10:00 a.m.
  • 5:00 p.m. Mondays from 8:30 a.m.
  • 6:30 p.

m. 3 days (equivalent to work schedule) paid vacation after 1 year of service. We are a drug-free workplace. You must pass a drug test. Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills Proficient in computer skills Experience with cash handling and multi-line phone systems Bilingual in English and Spanish

REQUIRED

(written and verbal) Previous experience in a MedSpa or similar environment Excellent organizational and clerical skills, with attention to detail Ability to manage front desk responsibilities and maintain a welcoming atmosphere
