We’re seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Receptionist & Office Assistant to be the face and heartbeat of our office. Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required , as we serve a diverse customer base and internal team. Key Responsibilities:

Warmly welcome and assist visitors, vendors, and team members at the front desk. Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and live chat messages professionally and efficiently. Provide general support to customers, including answering questions about our products and routing inquiries to the correct department. Maintain and organize the front office area to ensure it is clean, professional, and inviting. Assist in daily office operations such as helping customers who visit our store, drafting and organizing emails, and supporting various administrative tasks to keep the office running smoothly. Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and help coordinate meetings or internal events. Support various departments with data entry, document preparation, and customer order updates. Handle basic office errands and tasks as needed to ensure the smooth flow of day-to-day operations.

Qualifications:
Education:

High school diploma required; coursework or certification in office administration or business is a plus.

Experience:

1-3 years of experience as a receptionist, office assistant, or in a customer-facing administrative role.

Language Requirement:

Must be fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written).

Skills & Traits:
