This role is essential for creating a welcoming environment for clients and visitors while providing overall administrative support to ensure the smooth daily operations of the office. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Skills Strong phone etiquette with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively. Proven customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction. Experience working in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail.
