Salon Receptionist/Assistant NailSpa Miami Wellness Center Miami, FL 33181 Job Overview We are seeking a friendly and organized Salon Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere in our salon. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The Salon Receptionist will play a key role in enhancing the client experience while supporting the salon’s daily operations. Duties Greet clients warmly as they enter the salon and provide assistance as needed. Manage appointment scheduling, including booking, confirming, and rescheduling appointments. Handle cash register operations, including processing payments and managing cash handling procedures. Maintain an organized reception area and ensure that client records are up to date. Communicate effectively with stylists and other team members to ensure smooth operations throughout the salon. Address client inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally. Perform basic math calculations for transactions and inventory management as needed. Skills Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients and team members. Experience with cash handling and operating a cash register is preferred. Basic math skills for processing transactions and retail math understanding is beneficial. Supervising experience is a plus, especially in a retail or service environment.
