Oficinas modernas Ambiente positivo Entorno laboral seguro Capacitación laboral We are seeking a highly organized receptionist, to help manage daily operations at a prestigious Baseball academy. Such icumbent, will perform a variety of clerical and administrative tasks including but limited to the following.
Responsibilities:
Provide ethical and professional attention to our clients in their requirements for; information related to our program, control of client packages, and monitoring reservations for upcoming classes. Monitor daily, weekly and all future appointments. Offering customers availability, either by phone or by SMS notifications via company tools. Entrusted to meet objectives in support of academy’s activities and overall success. Carry out daily registration and/or attendance for each student. Respond telephone calls in a timely, courteous and professional manner. Ensure office area is tidy and presentable, stocked with all necessary stationery and materials i.e. pens, sheets and index cards, among other supplies. Keep academy facilities clean (common areas, benches, bathroom) and sweep front of house.
Professional Experience:
Customer Service a MUST Experienced in
Microsoft Office:
Excel, Word, Powepoint. Square POS a plus Having worked with scheduling before.
Bilingual:
English and Spanish speaking a MUST. Phone ettique. Basic understanding of Social Media platforms. Sales experince a plus. Basic administrative skills.
Minimum requirements:
Must be organized To be punctual, is of upmost importance. Fully uniformed at all times. Upkeep of personal appearance in accordance with company image. Maintaining certain code of conduct in or out of office while wearing company logo. This is a pet friendly office, we have a small dog in our office frequently.
Pay:
$16,000.00 – $16,150.00 per year
Schedule:
Monday to Friday Weekends as needed
