In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers placing takeout orders, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience. Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional customer service while handling orders efficiently and accurately. Accurately enter orders into the POS system and ensure all details are correct. Maintain knowledge of the menu to provide recommendations and answer questions. Prepare orders for pickup, ensuring they are packaged correctly and presented well. Handle phone calls with professionalism, taking orders and addressing customer inquiries. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders. Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization in the to-go area. Address any guest concerns or complaints promptly and courteously to enhance guest relations. Qualifications Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Familiarity with POS systems is a plus. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
