Front Desk Receptionist Position Available In Nassau, Florida

Front Desk Receptionist Hot Paws Pet Resort 1008 South 8th Street, Fernandina Beach, FL 32034 Do you love dogs and excel at providing exceptional customer service? Hot Paws Pet Resort is seeking a friendly, organized, and energetic Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our busy dog boarding, grooming, and daycare facility! We are looking for someone who is:

• Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new software
• Detail-oriented and efficient in a fast-paced environment
• A natural multitasker who can stay organized under pressure
• Punctual, reliable, and dedicated to completing tasks accurately and on time
• Passionate about working with dogs and their owners As a Front Desk Receptionist, your responsibilities will include:
• Managing data entry for up to 100 dogs and customers daily
• Recording feeding, medication, and care instructions
• Booking appointments and services for new and existing clients
• Gathering grooming instructions and special notes
• Handling incoming phone calls and emails promptly and professionally
• Updating client records and utilizing our computerized billing system
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and pleasant-smelling front office and restroom
• Transporting pets to and from the facility as needed
• Managing a cash drawer and processing payments
• Making daily follow-up calls to customers

• Hours :

• Our front desk team works a rotating schedule with shifts during the following hours:
• Monday

• Friday:

  6:20 AM

• 5:45 PM and 8:20 PM
• 9:30 PM

• Saturday:

  6:50 AM

• 1:00 PM and 6:20 PM
• 8:30 PM

• Sunday:

  6:50 AM

• 12:00 PM and 6:20 PM
• 8:30 PM

• Compensation :

• Starting pay: $14
• $16 per hour during training (based on experience)
• Additional tips after initial training completion
