This role is perfect for someone who’s obsessed with wellness, loves people, and thrives in a fast-paced, fitness-forward environment. You’ll be the first smile our members see and the calm, collected energy they rely on.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Welcoming members + guests like they’re walking into their happy place
• Handling check-ins, class bookings, and memberships with ease
• Talking all things FS8—what it is, why it rocks, and how to get started
• Helping members find their perfect membership or intro offer
• Keeping the front-of-house space as fresh as your energy
• Solving member questions and making sure everyone feels supported
• Teaming up with our coaches to bring the FS8 experience to life

Bonus Points If You:

• Have worked the front desk at a studio or gym before
• Understand body movement, anatomy, or have a coaching background
• Are naturally outgoing and thrive on making others feel amazing
• Have a little sales savvy—you love helping someone say yes to their goals
