Position Overview:
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Health and Wellness Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients. You will play a key role in ensuring a positive client experience from the moment they walk in the door to the moment they leave.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome clients in a warm, professional manner Check clients in/out for appointments and manage scheduling Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person Handle payments, membership questions, and basic administrative tasks Maintain a clean and organized reception area Support the team with daily operations and client care as needed
Qualifications:
Previous front desk, administrative, or customer service experience preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability Basic computer skills; familiarity with scheduling software is a plus A positive attitude and a passion for health, wellness, and client satisfaction
