Typical work assignments will include:
Receiving telephone calls and ors to the office; Controlling access to the office and ensuring only properly cleared ors are authorized entry; Providing general informion regarding office programs; Processing all incoming and outgoing mail; Receiving all checks and money orders, recording receipt in automed check log; Using various software to produce a variety of documents; Assists legal support staff in the office with copy jobs and printing. This includes the preparion of exhibit binders used in trials and other court mters; Assists legal support staff in the processing of electronic case notificions from the district to include the printing, saving, and calendaring court events in an electronic calendar; and, Assists legal support staff in the preparion of Grand Jury and Trial subpoenas. Responsibilities will increase and assignments come more complex as your training and experience progress. four successfully-completed academic years of educion above high school level or possess a bachelor’s or higher degree (transcripts required).To be qualified, you must type least 40 words per minute based on a 5 minute sample with three or fewer errors. (A typing test may ler be required.)
