The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Duties Greet clients warmly upon arrival and assist them with check-in procedures. Schedule appointments and manage the salon’s booking system effectively. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash register operations and basic math calculations. Promote salon services and products through effective sales techniques and product demonstrations. Maintain an organized reception area, ensuring it is clean and stocked with necessary supplies. Respond to client inquiries via phone or in-person, providing information about services and products offered. Collaborate with salon staff to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction. Assist in managing inventory levels by tracking stock and placing orders as needed. Experience Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred, ideally within a salon or beauty industry setting.
