Job Description :

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional bilingual Medical Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our patients. You will play a vital role in ensuring smooth office operations and delivering outstanding patient experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

Greet patients warmly and assist with check-in/check-out processes Schedule appointments and manage the clinic’s calendar Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information Verify insurance, collect payments, and maintain accurate patient records Coordinate with medical staff to ensure efficient patient flow Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area Bilingual required

Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent; additional medical office training a plus 1+ years of experience in an ob/gyn medical role required Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proficiency with Athena and basic office software Bilingual Compassionate, professional, and detail-oriented demeanor Why Join Us?
