Office Assistant True Life Care Winter Park, FL 32792 Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing clerical support, managing front desk activities, and assisting with various administrative tasks. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with both clients and team members. Responsibilities Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to appropriate personnel while maintaining excellent phone etiquette. Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all information is up-to-date in our systems. Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for staff members. Maintain organized filing systems for documents and records, both physical and electronic. Operate office equipment including phone systems, printers, and copiers to facilitate daily operations. Experience Previous experience as a medical receptionist or in a similar clerical role is preferred but not required. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively. Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment. A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills are essential for success in this role. Will train for the role if hired.
