We are searching for highly motivated, multitasking, and team oriented individuals to come on board. The individual must be comfortable working with children and must be bilingual (English and Spanish). All training is provided on site.

Patient Interaction :

Greet patients and visitors. Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to the appropriate department or person. Provide patients with forms and instructions related to appointments, treatments, and other medical services.

Appointment Scheduling :

Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments. Ensure proper documentation and reminders are sent to patients regarding upcoming appointments. Manage appointment cancellations and coordinate with medical staff to ensure schedules remain efficient.

Patient Records Management :

Collect, update, and maintain patient information in the electronic health record (EHR) system. Ensure patient confidentiality by adhering to privacy laws and regulations (e.g., HIPAA). Process insurance forms, referrals, and other medical documents.

Billing and Payments :

Process payments and issue receipts.

Communication :

Relay messages between patients and healthcare providers. Assist patients in filling out insurance or consent forms. Handle general inquiries related to office policies, procedures, and medical services offered.

Office Organization :

Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.

Compliance & Confidentiality :

Ensure adherence to office policies, procedures, and healthcare regulations (such as HIPAA). Safeguard sensitive medical information by following proper documentation practices.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma, equivalent, or completion of a Medical Assistant program
  • Must be fluent and proficient in English and Spanish.
