Job DescriptionJob duties include, but are not limited to: Maintain the visualappeal or the hospital reception area, greet and welcome clientsand patients, answer questions and triage client concerns, answercalls or emails and direct to the appropriate party for resolution,schedule appointments to maximize efficiency and daily flow, checkin and check out clients and process payments. Our receptionistsoffer friendly emotional support in a compassionate and discreetmanner during times of need to our clients and must be comfortablewith various medical outcomes. Must be able to withstand unpleasantodors and noises. May be exposed to bites, scratches, animal wasteand potentially contagious diseases. Qualifications We’re looking for: Experienced Receptionist with aminimum of 1-year veterinary experience preferred Compassionate,Calm, Team Player, Multi-Tasker and Strong Communicator Highlyorganized and possess computer skills Self-starter with the desireto continue to advance your knowledge and skillset. A high workethic and positive attitude team member Ability to arrive on-timeand ready to work Weekend availability Exceptional customer serviceskills and ability to communicate precisely Interpret medicalrecords and record client history accurately Knowledge inpreventative care, surgical procedures, and hospital flow Abilityto restrain pets in a low-stress and safe manner Proficient insample collection to include blood samples, urine, fecal, and skinAbility to properly set-up and process laboratory samples and testsProficient in positioning and capturing radiographs,

• positioningfor dental radiographs are a plus Proficient in anesthesia andsurgical monitoring A self-starter with the desire to continue toadvance one’s knowledge and skillset Ability to receive in aprofessional manner constructive feedback to maintain hospitalefficiency
