Job Description
Front Desk Receptionist/Administrative Assistant MaxFlight Helicopter services inc. Kissimmee, FL 34741 Looking for a Front Desk/Admin assistant with a customer service and scheduling experience. Our company offers sightseeing helicopter tours over the Orlando Area and Helicopter Training. These are the main responsibilities of this position: Taking care of guests and customers (greeting, welcoming, and interacting with them) Show our tour routes and give safety instructions Answering phone calls (main task) and responding emails, and upselling tours. Organize merchandise and keep the reception area clean Scheduling skills (Arrange meetings, scheduling students, tours, and events) Send text messages to students and customers to confirm their appointment. Add booking reservations on google calendar Insert daily transactions in an excel spreadsheet (knowledge of basic excel formulas) Operate clover system for the register Attention to detail Must be fluent in English and Spanish Work hours: 3 or 4 days – 9am to 6pm from Fridays to Mondays (every other Sunday)
Wage:
$16 per hour + tips
Training:
$14 per hour for a month training
Contract:
W2 or Independent Contract (1099) This candidate will be multitasking daily, switching gears daily, and will be running errands. Must have a clean driving record, flexible schedule. Live within 45 minutes of Kissimmee airport. Tourism or Hospitality background is a plus.
