We are in the tourist industry. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests and clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong organizational skills, computer literacy, answering phone calls, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Greet and assist guests upon arrival, providing information about the facility and services offered. Manage phone systems to handle incoming calls, inquiries, and reservations effectively. Perform data entry tasks accurately, maintaining up-to-date records in our computerized point of sale system. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to create a positive first impression. Trash and bathroom duty’s. Requirements Proficiency in using phone systems and office equipment. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate records. Previous experience as a clerk or in a similar role is an advantage but not mandatory. A friendly demeanor with excellent communication skills is essential for this position.
