Office Manager What does an Admin do? Manage the day to day office operations of the franchise as needed Manage all phases of job progress within RMS Software; notes, job updates, records, document upload Be empathetic and show a sense of urgency while communicating via email and phone Answering phones with professional etiquette and handle inquiries effectively Request and maintain updated Workplace Safety certificates & insurance coverage for subcontractors Assist other team members when needed and foster a positive working relationship with other departments Why Join The Team?
