KLNA and F45. We are open all week and we offer flight training to aspiring pilots. We also offer dicovery flights to customers who want to have the experience of flying an aircraft Our work environment includes: Modern office setting Growth opportunities This is a perfect Opportunity for someone seeking to be around aviation and aviators The Ideal Candidate will: Preference will be given to a student pilot (PPL) or better. this is not a necessity Comfortable with Microsoft team, word and Excel Have a strong knowledge of customer service, phone etiquette, and communication. Be able to work independently and have excellent time management skills. Be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Have excellent organizational skills. Be able to work in a team environment. The Position Responsibilities will include:
Responsible for scheduling, dispatching and checking in flights following Aamro company protocol Answer phone calls and provide valuable insight on flight training and what we have to offer Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook software Billing flights promptly using Clover Excellence in customer service Restock general office supplies Proctor in our PSI testing center
