With a loyal clientele, a robust membership base, and a focus on excellence, we’re seeking a Front Desk Receptionist Manager to be the face of our brand and ensure smooth daily operations. Job Summary We’re looking for a warm, highly organized, and professional Front Desk Receptionist Manager to lead our front-of-house operations. You will serve as the first point of contact for clients while overseeing front desk procedures, supporting administrative needs, and maintaining an exceptional guest experience. Key Responsibilities Client Experience & Reception Duties Greet clients with warmth, professionalism, and positivity. Manage incoming calls, emails, and direct inquiries appropriately. Handle scheduling and calendar management for appointments. Maintain an immaculate and welcoming reception area. Provide problem resolution with diplomacy and adherence to policies. Administrative & Clerical Support Proficient use of Google Suite, Word, Excel, and Canva. Process employee onboarding documents and support with Meevo software. Manage and update online booking schedules, especially for new hires. Maintain organized filing systems for employee records and licensing. Prepare and reconcile bank deposits; open and close registers. Oversee licensing compliance and display valid licenses onsite. Operations & Team Support Ensure optimal staffing levels for walk-in clients based on seasonal flow. Manage employee holiday requests, VOR (Voluntary On-Reserve) days, and work schedules using data-driven tools. Send service provider photos (upon consent) to the website manager. Post reels or Canva content on social media when applicable and aligned with brand values. Support retail inventory and merchandising in collaboration with the retail team. Leadership & Compliance Ensure staff follows spa procedures and state board regulations. Collaborate with spa leadership to deliver top-tier customer service and team performance. Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new hires. Create daily service and retail sales goals and inspire team alignment. Monitor operations for safety, cleanliness, and compliance. Qualifications Experience 5+ years in a managerial or supervisory role in spa, beauty, wellness, retail, or hospitality. Strong computer and administrative skills, including POS systems, scheduling software, and inventory oversight. Demonstrated leadership and ability to foster team cohesion and high performance. Education High School diploma or equivalent Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and stand/walk for up to 10 hours. Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Schedule & Compensation Work Schedule:

4 days per week (approx. 32-36 hours)
