Responsibilities Consistently provides excellent customer service to all clients in-person, over the phone and through text/email inquiries Educates clients on Sanctuary’s services, products and treatment options Exudes positive attitude while working in a fast-paced med spa Oversees daily schedule to ensure seamless client experience Answering and screening phone calls, scheduling appointments, taking messages and ensuring prompt delivery to proper staff member Monitor and respond to office voicemail, email inquiries and text messages throughout the day Accurately checking clients in/out and scheduling all follow up visits Intelligent booking using Millennium software Preparing proper medical documents for patients through EMR Ability to stay calm under pressure and quickly find solutions to potential issues Responsible for cleanliness and appearance of spa including relaxation areas, lobby, front desk and back of house Qualifications and Skills 2 years high end customer service experience 1 year medical aesthetics experience Must have positive attitude Team player with strong work ethic Impeccable personal appearance Physical mobility to bend, lift, and stand for prolonged periods Ability to work overtime, weekends, days, evenings and/or holidays. Ability to meet US employment and eligibility requirements.
