Our mission is to create a nurturing environment where every child can thrive. Summary We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at QLH Kids PPEC. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for families and visitors, playing a vital role in ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service. This position is essential in supporting our mission of quality care for children. Responsibilities Greet and assist families and visitors as they arrive at the facility. Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members. Maintain accurate records and perform data entry tasks efficiently. Handle clerical duties including filing, scheduling appointments, and managing correspondence. Utilize electronic systems for administrative tasks as needed. Ensure the front desk area is organized and welcoming at all times. Contact Doctor’s Offices for notes and to obtain referrals. Assist with care of children when needed. Requirements Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role. Strong computer literacy with proficiency in word and excel. Excellent clerical skills with attention to detail. Bilingual abilities are a plus but not required. Ability to communicate effectively with families, staff, and visitors. Clean Level 2 Background check.
