Pay :

Hourly + 10% Commission on retail sales Discount on spa services and retail Responsibilities Greet and assist clients upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Manage appointment scheduling and maintain the front desk area efficiently In a booking program. Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register accurately. Provide information about spa services and products, enhancing customer experience. Maintain inventory levels and restock supplies as needed. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly, demonstrating excellent communication skills. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations. Assist in cleaning especially at the end of the day Qualifications Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction Proficient in cash handling and operating a cash register Basic math skills for retail transactions Effective communication skills, both verbal and written Experience with POS systems and retail sales Ability to assist with stocking
