Receptionist at Physical Therapy Office Join Our Dedicated Team! We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to become the welcoming face of our Physical Therapy office. - Greet patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Schedule patient appointments and manage the office’s calendar to ensure efficient operation.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding services, appointments, and general information.
- Assist patients with check-in and check-out processes, including handling insurance and billing forms as needed.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
- Coordinate with physical therapists and other staff to ensure seamless communication and patient care.
- Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and managing email correspondence. Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
- Previous experience in a medical or office environment preferred but not required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in office management software (e.g., MS Office, scheduling systems).
