Key Responsibilities:
Answer and direct incoming and outgoing phone calls in a courteous and professional manner Schedule and confirm client appointments Follow up with clients regarding upcoming meetings and requested information Email requested legal documents promptly and accurately Leave detailed messages for attorneys and relay information clearly Maintain client confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and time-management abilities Professional phone etiquette and a positive attitude Proficiency with email and basic computer systems Legal experience is a plus but not required —we are happy to train the right candidate
