In this role, you will oversee the onboarding of new clients, including the establishment of new accounts, policies, and the funding process. You will ensure smooth daily operations related to account processing while delivering exceptional customer service to both current and prospective clients. Additional administrative responsibilities include answering incoming calls, sorting and delivering mail, and greeting clients for appointments with our Financial Advisors.
Key Responsibilities:
Establish new client accounts and process funding. Provide excellent customer service, ensuring timely and efficient account processing. Assist with client account servicing and general client service as needed. Answer and direct incoming calls promptly (within 1-2 rings). Greet clients and prospects during in-office appointments. Take accurate notes during client interactions and maintain a detailed record of communications. Organize and maintain a compliant and efficient filing system. Assist with dinner seminars, educational seminars, and client events as needed.
Requirements:
2+ years of administrative experience, including data entry. 2+ years of experience with CRM software (Salesforce preferred). 1+ year of experience as a New Business Processor (preferred, but not required). 1+ year of experience in the Financial Services or Insurance industry. High school diploma or equivalent required. Series 65 and/or Series 7 licenses (preferred, but not required). Ability to self-manage and self-direct in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
