This role is central to ensuring smooth service, order accuracy, and a seamless guest experience from start to finish.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 1 year of experience operating POS systems or as a cashier in a cafe, bakery, or fast-paced hospitality setting
- Must be confident with digital payment terminals
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage customer flow efficiently
- Friendly and polished communication style with a customer-first mindset
- Reliable, punctual, and always ready to support the team
- Capable of assisting with order preparation and maintaining café cleanliness as needed
Your Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests with orders, ensuring clarity and accuracy
- Operate POS system efficiently and handle all digital transactions
- Communicate clearly with the kitchen and barista team to coordinate orders
- Prepare items or package completed orders during peak hours
