FT 8am-4pm M-F (temp to perm) PT 4pm -8pm M-F Your Duties and Responsibilities are as follows: Greet visitors, prospective candidates as they enter and exit the facility Gather personal information from inquires, answer multi-line telephone system and take detailed messages Monitor all visitors, doctor consultants, vendors coming in and out of the facility Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries
