The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a warm and professional manner. Answer incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel while maintaining excellent phone etiquette. Manage appointment scheduling and maintain an organized calendar for staff members. Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies. Assist with office management duties to ensure smooth daily operations. Provide support as a personal assistant to executives when necessary. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly with a focus on customer service excellence. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while managing office communications. Requirements Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
