Receptionist Robbins Injury Law Boca Raton, FL 33432 Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Receptionist with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Creole to join our boutique law firm. The ideal candidate will support the attorney in various legal tasks, ensuring efficient case management and administrative operations. This role requires excellent organizational skills. Duties Client Communication Assist attorney with case preparation, including drafting legal documents and correspondence. Manage and organize case files. Maintain schedules, coordinate meetings, and manage deadlines for various legal matters. Prepare and file documents with courts and other relevant agencies. Assist in the management of personal injury law cases. Collaborate with clients to gather necessary information for cases. Qualifications Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Creole required. Prior experience preferred, but not necessary, as a Legal Assistant or in a similar role within a law firm or legal department Familiarity with, personal injury law, is preferred but not necessary. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality in all aspects of work. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
