We seek a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service and support the smooth operation of our medical weight loss office. This role is ideal for those who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about delivering excellent patient experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Understand what our providers provide. Be able to share what they provide. Greet patients, visitors, and staff in a professional and courteous manner
- Manage phone calls and answer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
Qualifications:
- Experience interacting on the phone and in person with new and existing patient. Or people in general. Some experience in Microsoft Office, outlook, and similar software
- Strong computer literacy.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
