Receptionist/Administrative Assistant ThinWorks Palm Beach Gardens, FL 33410 We are seeking a Front Desk/Administrative Assistant to become a part of our exciting team! We are a medical weight loss and wellness company helping people change their lives by reaching a healthy weight, and look and feel their best! A few of the services we offer include GLP-1 injections, hormone replacement therapy, vitamin injections, peptides, non-invasive body contouring and urinary incontinence treatments, as well as non-invasive facial aesthetics and skin tightening treatments. In this role, you will perform administrative and front desk tasks, as well as play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and seamless experience for each of our clients. We are looking for someone who has an outstanding positive attitude, with an outgoing and friendly personality. The ideal candidate will make our clients feel welcome, while efficiently handling front desk responsibilities.
Qualifications & Responsibilities:
Previous experience in med spas, health/wellness facilities, or aesthetics clinics is preferred, but not necessary Greet and assist clients as they arrive at the center, ensuring a welcoming environment Passionate about health and wellness, and live a healthy lifestyle Manage appointment scheduling and calendar management for our clients Process transactions and purchases Handle incoming calls and inquiries with professionalism and efficiency Friendly, social, POSITIVE, and outgoing personality!
