Our client, a Private Equity Firm, is looking to hire a Receptionist in Palm Beach, FL. Responsibilities Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and candidates in a professional and courteous manner. Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as necessary. Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and preparing shipments. Maintain and organize the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable. Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments. Prepare conference rooms for meetings, including setup and cleanup. Assist with basic administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, printing, and binding documents. Manage office supplies and place orders when necessary. Maintain electronic and paper filing systems. Provide general administrative and clerical support to various departments.
