Receptionist/Data Entry Compass Surveying 6250 North Military Trail, West Palm Beach, FL 33407
Responsibilities:
- Enter data into computer systems accurately and efficiently
- Transcribe information from paper documents to electronic format
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning
- Collect data from various sources and input it into databases
- Assist with order entry and inventory management
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Perform basic math calculations as needed
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other computerized systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Previous experience in data entry or administrative role is preferred
